Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • A proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Worn or damaged apparel: shoes, sneakers, jackets, joggers, pants, cargos, cardigans, vests, shirts, sunglasses, watches, or any other clothing items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.

  • Missing original packaging or tags.

  • Final Sale and Clearance items.

  • Items not in original condition (scuffs, stains, tears, or general wear and tear).

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)

You will receive return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges. To exchange an item, please contact customer support first. You will need to return the original item, and once received, we will send out your requested replacement.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order prior to shipment by contacting our support team. Once your order has shipped, please follow the return process outlined above.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees.
